One Week Away...

...or so. The due date is March 6th, so we're a week away from the due date. Hopefully, we're a week away from him being here too. The picture above is from last weekend.

Bad Habits

These are some bad habits that Alstan will probably pick up from me rather quickly:

1. Glossy stare - Sometimes, on rare occasions, I have a tendency to gloss over and not pay attention quite like I should.

2. Cheesy smiles - Whenever a camera comes around you can plan on a goofy face instead of a quality picture. Jessie has been trying to get me to take a good picture since our wedding.

3. The tongue - I'll blame my dad for passing down this lovely trait. While I do still stick my tongue out to work, he still sticks his out way further.

Hopefully he'll still be able to get some more sincere qualities from his Mom. She's good at that.

I-G Baby Shower

These pictures are from our last baby shower. Everyone has been so generous! Our registries have been almost completely filled. Thanks to everyone for all your gifts (Iowa-Grant, Mineral Point, and our families). Also, Joan and Debbie did a great job of preparing everything for the shower and not making me put on a bib or suck on a pacifier or anything!

Growing!!!

This picture is from Sunday, February 8th. Around a month to go before the little guy is here. According to the ultrasound, he is about 6 lbs. I'm not sure how much more room there is for him to grow.

Zielicke Baby Shower

Thanks to all those who attended the shower. I was disappointed to not see Jessie eating anything melted in a diaper! I'm sure she would have loved that. Here are a couple photos.

Hello, I am starting Alstan's blog for people who want to follow his life. I will be adding pictures, videos, and text to this site often.
