Christmas 2012

Here are a compilation of the Christmas's we had.  First we opened presents at home on Christmas Eve.  Then we drove to Fond du Lac and opened more presents at Aunt Carrie's on Christmas Eve.  Finally, we opened one more set of gifts on Christmas Day at Grandma and Grandpa Zielicke's.  That still wasn't enough presents to open for Alstan though.

Dad's New Toy!

Our video camera has been dead for a while now so we finally bought a new video recorder before Christmas presents were open.  We decided to get an iPod since we can use it for other things and the new video is still pretty good.  Dad stayed up way too late playing with his new toy.

Winter Wonderland

As you already know we are way behind on posts (again).  Here is a video of our first snowstorm of the year.  This is the first time that Elsie actually played in the snow.  She went out on rides last year, but I'm not sure she really liked it.

The snow scene is fitting too as we are in the midst of a blizzard.  Jessie and I missed the last two days of break adding to our Christmas break.

Elsie loves flipping through books and magazines. Here she grabbed dad's basketball magazine and spent quite a bit of time flipping through the pages.

Although Elsie was not officially running in the race, she got a kick out of running too. Alstan ran his half mile in just over six minutes.
