Birthday Cake

Alstan was happy to help Mom celebrate her birthday. He picked out the cookie cake and helped blow out candles. Of course, it doesn't matter what kind of cake or cookie we get anyway, Alstan is only eating the frosting.

Gone Fishing

Elsie is hooked by Alstan's new crane. Originally, Elsie would pull apart the tracks or take a train, but now she is only interested in the crane. She crawls over and puts it in her mouth.

Walking with Mom

Elsie loves to convince her mom to take her walking. She will walk all night around the house if she can find a pair willing hands to help.

New Train Track

Alstan and Dad built a new train table with wooden track. Alstan loves to take his Thomas Trains around and around on the track. Of course Elsie really likes the new train tracks too, but more as a chew toy! The table is the perfect height for her to stand next too and we have nicknamed her "Elsie Monster" when she gets near the tracks. She pulls the track apart as soon as she stands up.

Wrapping Presents

Elsie is happy to help Mom wrap presents.

Practice Opening Presents

Elsie got a present from her Great Aunt Joyce at Thanksgiving. It was good practice for opening presents at Christmas. Of course if Elsie doesn't get the hang of it Alstan will jump right in to help.
